RESOLVED, by the City Council cf the City of Palo Al to, Sar.tn
CJara County, Califor·n:tn, that
WHEREAS, an assessment a.nd diagram was made and filed with
th•:! Clerk of said Cl ty all pu.r:rnant to Resolution of Intention
No. J.5,16 adopted by the City Counc11 on ,june 10, 1946, and the
provl~1ons of Article V of the Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Cod·~, being Ordinance No. 844 of ~~aid City, adopted January 13,

,T<:rnuary 13, 191~7, and reco't"ded in the office of the Superintendent
cf Streets of said City en .Tanuar:r 14, 1947 j and
WHEREAS, a certain lo't or parcel of land upon which there
ls nn unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued under
the p~ov1sions of Part 4 of Article IV o.f sa.1d Procedure Code,
ha3 been divided so that it no longer conforms to the original
p..:1rcel boundaries as shown on sa:ld assessment and in the Aud:!. tor' tJ record thereof:
NOW, THEREii'ORE .s I'I' IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram
of the lot and parcel so divided, as parcel being designated as
Assessment Number 910.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several rarts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon said or1g1nal lot or parcel of land.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
a.nd regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto
California, at a meeting thereof h~ld on the 13th day of February,
1950, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Bower, Cashel, Cathcart,
Preedma.n, Gaspar, Hill, Linder .• Mitchell, Montreuil,
Morten.
