Th3t th~t certain subdiviaion rnnp of the S~err3 Tract,
Tr~ct No. 596, dated December, 1949, and prepared by
Geor3e S. Nolte, Civil Encinecr, being a subdivision of Lot 13
nnd a portion of Lot 11, Block 3, Subd1vls1on No. 5 of the
Seale Tract, be and the same ls hereby approved and ccccpted
by this Council.
