ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT
ACQ,UISITION AND IMPROVEMEN'l'S
PRO.JECT NO. 48-9D
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the prevailing wage scale for per diem wages to be paid to
all craftsmen and laborers on the work to be done under the plans
and ~pecifications preliminarily approved by this Council in Reso-
lution No. 1909, as said scale 1s contained in sa1d spec1f1cat1ona,
be, and the same 1s hereby adopted and approved as the preYa111ng
wage scale to be paid to such craftsmen and laborers, for work
under said plans and specifications, and the same is hereby incor-
porated ~rein by reference to said plans and specifications, the same as if 1t were herein set forth in full.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of resolu-
tion adopted by the C.i ty Council o:r the City of Palo Al to,
California, at a regular meeting thereof. held on the9th day of
J'anuary, 1950, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in f'avor thereof, Councilmen:
Bolander, Bowden, ~ashel, Cathcart, ?reedman, Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Mitchell, Montreuil, Morten, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bentrott, Blois, Bower.
