DETERMINING TO MAKE IMPROVEMENT WITH -

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, on the 3th day of November, 1948, this Council
adopted its Resolution of Preliminary Determination No. 1787 to
make acquisitions of easements•are the acquisition or relocation
of t: -lo improvements thereon mcre particularly ttarein described
and did fix therein this date as the time are place when and where
any and all persona interested may appear are show cause, .if any
they have, why the City Council should not find and determine that
the public convenience and necessity require the acquisitiorrn des-
cribed and referred tc in said resolution, without compliance with
