CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
LYTTON AVENUE, ET AL
PROJECT N0. 47-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pale Alto,
California, that the City Clerk of said City be, and she is
hereby, directed to call for bids for, the sale at public auction
of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention Ne. 1593 adopted by this Council on June 9, 1947,
said bid to be received by said Clerk at or before 7:30 o'clock
P.M. on Monday, January 10, 1949, and to be publicly opened,
examined and declared at said time, in the Council Chamber in
the City Toll of said City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
Said notice shall be given by publication twice in the
Palo Alto Times at least five days before said date.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of
December, 191+8, by the following vote of the members thereof;
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bentrott, Blois, Bclander, Cashel, Hill, Linder, Merner,
Mitchell, Montrouil, Morten, Thoits, Wi.ckett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bowden, Freedman, Gaspar.
