RESOLUTION NO. 1791
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE :DEED
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by JAMES FERGUSON
to purchase Lot 8H, Block 14, Sunnyslde Addition, for the sum
of Seven Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($$725.00) cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, the .3ouncil of the City of Palo
DO RESOLVE as follows:

That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf of the City of
Palo Alto conveying said property to James Ferguson upon receipt
of Seven Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($725.00).
The above and foregoing; resolution was duly and i
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City' of
Palo Alto at an adjourned regular m::eting held on Monday, the
29th day of November, 1948, by the following vote:
AYES: Bolander, Cashel, Freedman, Caspar, Merner, Mitchell,
Montrouil, Morten, Thoits, Wlckett.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, Blois, Bowden, Hill, Linder.
