OP PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
BARTLEY TRACT ALLEY ACQUISITION
PROJECT NO. 48-12A
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the following be, and they are hereby, prelim-
inarily approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk
and to be referred to in proceedings under Resolution of Intention
No. 1712, adopted July 12, 1948, for the acquisition of easements
for alley purposes, together with the acquisition or relocation of
the improvements thereon, in the above -entitled project, to -wit:
1. Descriptions and map showing general route and
termini of easements to be acquired.
2. :lap of assessment district.
3. Engineer's estimate of itemized and total eatimated
coats and expenses of such acquisitions.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
November, 1948, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bowden, Caahel, Freedman, Gaspar, Hill,
Linder, Merner, Montrouil, Morten, Thoits, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bentrott, Bolander, Mitchell.
