RESOLUTION NO. 1785
DIRECTING VALIDATING SUIT
PARE BOULEVARD, ET AL
PROJECT NO. 46-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that proceedings be undertaken and conducted to final
judgment pursuant to Section 21, Article VIII of Ordinance No. 844
of said City, adopted January 13, 1941, entitled *Palo Alto Im-
provement Procedure Code", as amended, for the purpose of vali-
dating and adjudicating the validity of proceedings had and taken
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 15C6 for improvements on
Park Boulevard, et al.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
November, 1948, by the following vote ‘f the members thereof:
AXES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bowden, Cashel, Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Mc^ner,
Montrouil, Morten, Thoits, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bentrott, Bolander, Mitchell.
NOT VOTING, Councilmen: Freedman.
