FIXING TIME AND PLACE 07 HEARING ON
REASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE
PARK BOULEVARD, ET AL.
PROJECT NO. 46-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1783 of this Council,
Fabian S. Miller, Superintendent of Streets of said City, did, on
the 8th day of November, 1948, file with this Council a reassess-
ment, together with a diagram thereto attached, covering properties
involved in proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 1506 of
this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I3 ORDERED, that Monday, the 29th day
of November,, 1948, at 7:30 p.m., at the regular meeting place of
this Council in the City Hall, Palo Alto, California, be, and the
same is hereby, fixed ac the time and place for hearing said re-
assessment before said Council, said day being at least twenty days
from this date.
IT I3 FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of said City
shall advertise the time of such hearing before the City Council
by publishing a notice two times in the Palo Alto Times, a daily
newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the
City of Palo Alto, the first publication being at least ten days
before the date set for hearing.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
November, 1948, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Blois, Bowden, Cashel, Gaspar, Hill, Linder, Merner,
Montroull, Morten, Thoits, Wickett.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Bentrott, Bolander, Mitchell.
NOT VOTING, Councilmen: Freedman.
