RESOLUTION NO. 3'L
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TREASURER TO SELL BONDS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That W. C. Cobb, City Treasurer, be and he is hereby
authorized to Bell $123,000.00 United States Treasury Bonds,
Series B, 1949, 1 1/8%, said bonds to be sold at the prevailing
market price as of the date of sale.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly eld,
regularly introduced and passed at a special meeting or the
Council of the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the let day
of November, 1948, by the following vote:
AYES: Bentrott, Cashel, Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Merne
Mitchell, Montrouil, Morten, Thoits.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Linder, Wickett.
