RESOLUTION NO. 1776
RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING THE CLOSING
OF THE WESTERLY 37i FEET OF THE ALLEY IN
BLOCK 1 OF THE ALBA PARK ADDITION ABUTTING
LOTS 7 and 12.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the map for closing the westerly 37} feet of the
alley in Block 1, Alba Park Addition, abutting Lots 7 and 12, pre-
pared by Fabian S. Miller, City Engineer, and dated October 5,
1948, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted as the
official map for said street improvement.
The above and foregoing resolution wze duly and
regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, held on the 11th day of October,
1948, by the following vote:
AYES: Bentrott, Bowden, Cashel, Freedman, Gaspar, Hill,
Linder, Merner, Mitchell, Montrouil, Thoits.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Blois, Bolander, Morten, Wickett.
