RESOLUTION NO. 2.112.
APPROVING MAP OF LAWRENCE TRACT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map of the Lawrence
Tract, dated September, 1948, and prepared by Jamea & Waters,
Civil Engineers, being a subdivision of Lot 123 of the C. M.
Wooster Companyte Subdivision of the Clarke Ranch, be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Lawrence Lane and the
portions of Colorado Avenue and Greer Road not heretofore de-
dicated, as ahown on said map, be and they are hereby accepted
as public streets of the City of Palo Alto,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of ease-
ments for public utilities as shown on said map for the uee of
public utilities and the dedication of pedestrian easements as
shown on said map be and they are hereby accepted as dedicated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the portion of the tract
designated for use as a recreation area remain undedicated and
be not accepted by the City.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
regular meeting held on Monday, the llth day of October, 1948,
by the following vote:
AYES:
Bentrott. Bowden, Freedman, Gaspar, Hill, Merner,
Mitchell, Montrouil, Thoita.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Blois, Bolander, Morten, Wickett.
NOT VOTING: Cashel, Linder.
