CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
WARREN WAY, ET AL
PROTECT NO. 48-13
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that the City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale at public auction of im-
provement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 173$ adopted by this Council on August 9, 19#8, sa?,d bids to
be received by said Clerk at or before 7:30 o'clock P.M. on
Monday, the 8th day of November, 19#8, and to be publicly opened,
examined and declared at said time, in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall of said City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara,
State of California.
Said notice shall be given by publication twice in the
Palo Alto Times at least five days before said date.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of
resolutions adopted by the City Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a regular mee';ing thereof held on the llth day
of October, 19$8, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Bentrott, Bowden, Cashel, Freedman, Hill, Linder,
Merner, Mitchell, Montrouil, Thoits.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: Blois, Bolander, Gaspar, Morten,
Wickett.
