The Council or the Citf of Palo Alto DO RESOLVX as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereb1
authorized to execute that certain agreement between the
Department or Public Works ot the State or ca11rorn1e., acti.ag
bJ and through the Division or Highwu.711, am the City or
Palo Alto relative to maintenance ot State Highvaya in the
City of Palo Alto ror the period from January 1, 19~8, to
June :30, 1948.
