1. Change and mo~Hfy the estimated cost of a.cquisi tton
ar~ improvements to not to exceed $285,000;
2. Chli..nge and mod:l.:'·y the assessment by changing the estl-
ma ted cost c:' the vork, the incidental e:xpenses ar..d the total
a.mount to be aM.~essed, as above provided, ar..d by changing the
1nt'.11v1d~~l assessments therein to conform to benefits;
3. That MoncJe.y, the 12th day of Apr11, 1948, at the hour
