4. The grades and elevati~D.3 shown in sa1d plans, profiles
and !'.Jpecifications ure hereby adopted a~ the official grades
therefor. All such grades anCl elevations are in feet arA deci-
mals thereof in reference to the official base and datum cf ~a1~
City.

10. The City Clerk of the C!ty of Pale Alto shall give
notice or the ac:lopt1on of this resolution by publishing a
:Notice o:· Proposed Local Improvement once 1n the Palo P.l to
Times, a daily nev::?paper published and circulated in se.id City,
and by posting same on or near the Council Chamber door of said
Counc11, sa1~ posting an1 publication to be had at least ten
days before said date of hearing.
