WHEREAS, a written petition for the anne.xat:l..on of that

Alto, commonl.y known as Green Gables Tract No. 2, hereinafter
ctescr1 bed, has been preeented to ti1e C1 ty Cour1c11 by the owners
or said tract;
AND WHEREAS, .tt has been determined by the City Clerk
of the City or Palo Alto that there are no qualified electors
residing :tn said tract as of th·~ date of the filing of the above
mentioned petition, to wit: on the 12th day of January, 1948;

any person owning property within such territory so prop8sed to

Daily Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of general c1·rculat1on published
1n the City of Palo Alto.
