RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR A.ND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED
'WHEREAS, an ofter h&.a been made by L. E. WARREN
to purchase Lots 2, 3 and 4, Blook 3. Bartley Tract, for
the sum of Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($950.00) cash;
NOW, THEREFOREP the C~uncil or the City Of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
'11h.at the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to e~ecute a grant deed on behalf or the C1ty of
Palo Alto conveying said property to L. E. Warren upon
l'ece1pt of Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($950. 00).
The above and foregoing reeolution wae duly and
r·eg1.ila.rly 1ntrod·uced and passed by the Ccuncil or the Cit~~
ot Palo Alto ate. regulo.r meeting held on Mc.nday, the 10th
