RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED
WHE.REAS, an offer haa been DIElde by H. J. McDEVER
to purchase Lota· 2 and 3, Block l, Bartley Tract~ for the
num of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($450.00) cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council or the City of Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to e::xecute a gr•ant deed on behalf or the C1ty or
Palo Alto conveying said property to H. J. McKeever upon
receipt of Four :Hundred and 1',ifty Dollars ($450.00).
The above and foregoing re~olution vaa duly and
regularly introduced e.nd passed by the Council of the City
of Pa.lo Al to a·t a regular meeting held on Monday, tho 10th
Oay of Deceu1ber, 1945, by the folloving vote:
AYES: Blo1s, Bolander., Bowden, Cashel, Ccrn1eh! Linder, Merner, Mitchel~, Morten, Southwood, Tho ts.
