RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERJt TO EXECUTE DEID
'WHEREAS, an offer hae been made by EAaL M. BKRENDSKN
to purchase Lots 21 and 22, Block 18, Sta.nford City Tract,
ror the eum or Three Hundred and F1tty Dollare ($350.00) cash;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Ccunc11 or the City or Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the :Mayor and City Clerk b9 and they are hereby
authorized to execute a grant deed on behalt of the City of
Palo Alto conveying e&id property to Earl M. Ber~ndaen upon
receipt of Three H~red a.ru1 Fifty Dollars ($350.00).
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Cour1cil ot the City or Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 10th
day of December, 1945, by the following vote:
