to purchase Lote 21 and 22, Block 13, Stanford City Tract,
for the sum or 81~ Hundred and Fifty D~llara ($650.00) cash;
NOW, THEREFERE, the Council ot the City ot Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE as follovs:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf of the City of
Palo Alto conveying ssJ.d property to Carlton 'Whitehead upon
receipt or Si~ Hundred an~ Fifty Dollars ($650.00).
The above and foregoing resolution wae duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council ot the City
or Palo Alto at a regular meeting held en Mcnday, the 10th
day or December, 1945, by the following vote:
