RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by .MARI& ARONSON ·to
purchase a lot created by the closing or Nevada Avenue,
being a lot 60 x ll2i feet, fronting on Bryant Street
adjoining Lot l, Block 57, Seale Add1t1on No. 2, for the
aum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Dolle.re $1,800.00) caeh;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be ar1 they are hereby
authorized to e~ecute a grant deed on behalf of the City of
Palo Alto conveying said property to Marie Aronson upon
receipt or One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00).
The above and foregoing resolution waa duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Ccwicil ot the City
of Palo Alto at a regular me~ting held on Monday, the 10th
day or December, 1945, by the following vote:
AYES:Blois, Bolander, Bowden, Cashel, Cornish, L1nder,
Merner, Mitchell, Morten, Southwood, Tho!ta.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Bentrott, Freedman, Richards, Thomas.
