RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP OF TRACT l'lO. 233 OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO AND ACCEPTI!iG STREETS SET FORTH THEREON.
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That that certain subdivision map of Tract No. 233
in the City or Palo Alto d~ted September, 1945, and prepared
by Messrs. Thomas & \ifnipple, Civil Engineers, be and the
same 1a hereby approved and accepted by this Council.
BE IT FUR'l'HER RESOLVED, that Bret Harte Street,
Mark Twain Street, and those portions of imbarbacero Road
and Seale Avenue not heretofore dedicated, as shown on said
map, be and th~y are hereby accepted as public atreets of the
City of Palo ALto.
BE I'.r FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of
~easements for utilities" ae shown on said me.p for the use
of public utilities be e.nd they a.re hereby accepted as
dedlca.ted.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly intro-
duced end passed by the CoWlcil of the City or Palo Alto at a
regular meeting held on Monday, the 8th day of October, 1945,
by the follov1ng vote:
