WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto, hereinafter deeign..a.ted

Storm Sewer Interceptor and extends from Embarcadero Rou~ in
the City of Palo Alto in a general southeasterly direction to
the Seale-Wooster Canal and !'ro.m Middlefield Road along the
3eale-Woost.er Canal to the Ba.yshore Highvay. Said r1ght-·:>f'-wa:r
is 60 feet widE": and has been acquired by I.,ocal Agency under an
order for possession 1n a condemnation action in the County of
