NOV, THl!!REJ'OR!, the Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and C1ty Clerk be and they are hereby
~:i.uthor1.zed to e:xecute a grant deed on behalf' or the City of
Palo Alto conveying said property to Ezekiel S. Ramirez upon
receipt or Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00), less the regular
real estate broX:t-ris commission payable to the broker submitting the offer.
The above and foregoing resolution ve.s duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of' the City
of Pnlc Alto ~ca regular meeting held on Monday, the 11th
