RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RELEASE OF LEASE AGREE.ME.N'l'
The Council of the City of Pelo Alto DO RESOLVE as follovs:
That J. B. Blois, Mayor, and WINIFRED KIDD, City
Clerk, be and they are hereby authorized to execute a Releliee
of Lease Agreement W 04-193-ENG-239 dated the 26th day of July,
1943, by and between the City of Palo Alto and the United
States of Amer.ica, covering th.e Palo Alto Airport, the
ca.ncellat1on or said lease agreement to be effective as of
FebrUAry 13, 1945.
The above and foregoing resolution wes duly and
regularl:,• introduced and passed at a. re1;ular meettng of the
Council of the City of Palo Alto h.eld on Monday, the 11th day
01" J'une, 1945, by the following vote:
