RESOLUTION CANCELLING LEASE
The Council of the C1ty of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as tollows:
That tha.t certain lease da.ted December 9, i91rn,
by and between the City of Palo Alto and the Pa.lo Alto
Chapter of th~ American Red Cross, be and the same 1s
hereby cancelled, 1n accordance vith the prov1s1ons of
pora.g1•aph f1 ve of said lease.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto at a regular m~eting held on Monday,
the 13th day of November, 1944, by the following vote:

Bentrott, Blois Bowden, Cashal, Cornish, Linder,
