RESOLUTION AU'l'HORIZING PURClUSE OF SECURITIES
1rhe Council of th.e City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE a.a follows:
That v. C. Cobb, City Tr~asurer, be and he 1e herby
authorized to invest $5,000.00 of the Meter Depo81t Fund 1n
United States Treasury 2·~ bondn of 1966-71.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVSD, that W. C. Cobb, City
Treasurer, be and he !s hereby authorized to purchase United
State& li-% Treasury Notes or 1947 1n the amount of
$100,000.00.
The above and foregoing rosolut1on vas duly and
regularly introduced a.no passed at a regular meeting or the
CoW'l.c11 or the City of Palo Alto held on Monday, the 13th
dey of Nobember, 1944, by the following vote:
