VB.ERE.AS, certain street improvements have been made at the intersection of Fir.st and Second Streets with Fernando Avenue in the City or Palo Alto, as a result of vh1ch improvements First and Second Streete intersect Fernando Avenue at right angles; and 'WEEREAS, in order to correct the maps and the titles to property lnvolved 1n the changing of said 1nteraeot' """: .'-'~ ia necaasary for the City of Palo Alto to abandon a portion ot Firat Stre~t and a portion of Second Street at their intersection with Fernando Avenue,. and further to dedicate certain parcels or prop- erty on First Street and Second Street at their 1nteraect1on v1th Fernando Avem .. ej NOW / 1rHEREFORE, the Council. of the C1 ty or Palo Al to DO RESOLVE as follovs: 1.
