WHEREAS an offer has been made by CARUL'ON WHITEHEAD

for the sum of P1ve Hundred Dollars ($500.00) cashj

DO RESO.LVE as tollove :
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to e~ecute a grant deed on behalf ot the City or
Palo Alto conveying said propert~ ·to Carlton Vhitehead. upon
receipt ot Five Hundre4 Dollars ($500.00).
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced. and passed by the Council ot the City
or Palo Alto at an adjourned regular meettng held on Monday,
the }lst day of July, 1944, by the following vote:
