purchase Lota 8 and 9, Block 15, Everfeen Part, tor the sum or Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00 caah;
NOW, THEREFORE~ The Council ot the Ci~y of Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE aa follows:
Thet the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf of the City
conveying said propertt to Charlea Ellet upon receipt or Th~ee Hundred Dollars ($300.00).
The above and foregoing resolution waa duly and
regularly introduced and paaeed by the Council ot th~ City
ot Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday, the 12th day ot Jwle, 1944, by the following vote:
