TO PURCHASE U. S. TREASURY NCYrES.
The Council of the City of Fe.lo Alto DO RESO.LVE as follows:

Upon the maturity of $100,000.00 U. s. Treasury 7/8% notes of April l, 1944 1 and the paym~nt to the city of
the fac., value of the notes, to reinvest the fWlds realized
from eaid notes in U. s. Tl"ee.5ury 1-i' notes, ma.turL'lg 1n
1948. These no.tes are to be pu.~ chased at the market plus
accrued interest.
The above and forego1I~ re5olut1on was daly and
regularly introduced and paseed by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto,.at a regular meeting hel~ on Monday, the 13th day
