RESOLUTION RElATIVE TO COSTS IN ACCIDEM' CASES
The council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That 1n con..'leetion with the ;preparation of ca:aee for
deferu.Ung eu1ts against the City, tb.e C.!ty Attorney is hereby
authorized to obligate th.e city in &.n amount up to $100.00
for costs in cor~ect1on with any one case, vh1ch costs are to
be paid out or 'the Public I.iab111ty :Pu.nd.
The above and foregoing resolution was d~ly and
regularly 1nt:roduced and passed by th.e Council of the City or
