RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED

ROBERT G. ADAM to puroha8e Lot 1, Block 621 Seale Addition No. 2,
for the sum or Si~ Hundred Fifty Dollars (t650.00) caah;
NOW1 THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE aa follows:
That the Mayor and City Clark be and they are hereby
aut.horized to e~ecute a grant deed on behalf of the City or
Palo Alto conveying said property to F. H. ADAM and ROBERT G.
ADAM upon x•eceipt of S1:x HWldred Fifty Dollars ($650.00L ltHss
the regular real estate broker•a commission payable to th~ broker !ubm1tt1ng the offer.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
