RESOLUTION At~HORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE~rE DEED
'WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Johanne Krag to purche~e Lote 17 and 18, Block 14, Colle~e Terrace, for the
su:n o:r Seven Hur.dred and f1tt:r Dollars ( '750. 00) cash;
NOW, T!tEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo
Alto DO RESuLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City clerk ba and they are
hereby authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf of the
CitJ conveying said property to Johanne Krag upon receipt of
Seven Hw..dred Fifty Dollars ($750.00}.. lt~ss the regular real
estate broker'5 comm1es1o.n payable to the broker submitting the off'er.
The above end foregoing resolution was duly Rnd
regularly psssed by the Council of the City of Palo Alto at
a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th day of December,
1943, by the following vote:
