That that certatn Resolution adopted by the Board of
Trustees of the Tovn of Mayfield on September 25, 1922, relating
to the eput track right of way grar!ted to S. Anderson and tho
Southern Pacific Railroad Company b~ and the same is hereby re-pealed~ and the r1ghte therein granted to S. Anderson are hereby revoked.
The above and foregoing resolution vae duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto, at .a regular meeting held on Monday~ the 13th day or
December, 1943, by the following vote:
