RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING lt..mRAND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DXED
The Council or the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City ot Palo
Alto be and they are hereby authroized to execute a deed on
behalf of the City of Palo Alto, to the Title Insurance and
Gt!nranty Cc,mpany, covering the following described real property, to v!t:
I.ot No. 22 1n Block No. 16, Lote Nos. 271 28,
29, }0 31 and 32 1n Block No. 17, and Lota
Nos. 14i 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25 and 26 in B ock No. 18, all a.e ellovn upon the map
of Stanford City or record in the office or the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, in Book M. or Maps at page 97.
Excepting, however, froM aa1d Lot No. 14 !n Block
18 a.ny interest 1n., or claim to., any portion or
Sa..n Carlos .Avenue, formerly San Carlos Way, and
adjoining said lot on the northwest, r JW abandoned.
