RESOLUTION AU'l"HORl:ZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED
'W'HEREAS 1 an offer has been made by JOE FRANCO to

being the ~outhvecterly 44. 4 teet or said lot, for the 8~4
ot Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) cash;
NOW THEREFOR~, the Council ot the City of Palo Alto
DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to execute a grant deed ori behalf or the
City of Palo Alto conveying said property to JOE FRANCO
upon receipt of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) caeh.
The above and foregoing resolution vss duly ~~
