RESOLUTION Au~HORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE CON!l'RACT OF SALE.
WHEREAS. JOHN CHRISTIANSEN has offered to purchase
Lote 23 and 24, Block 37, Seal~ Addition, f~r the aum ot
One Thousand Four H!~red Dollars ($1,400.00), leaa the regular
real estate broker •s commission payable to the broker tmb-
mltt!ng the offer, payable $200.00 cash upon the e~ecut1on or
the contract and $25.00 or more per month plus five (5)
per cent 1ntere8t on the unpaid balance payabl6 monthly;
NOW, THEREFOREI the Council or the City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follovs:
'l'ha t the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a contract ot sale to JOHN CHRISTIANSEN
of Lots 23 and 24, Block 3~, Seale Addition, which contract
shall contain the above mentioned terms.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly pas~ed by th~ Counc.11 of the City or Palo Alto, at
a regular meeting held on Monday, the 13th day or September,
1943, by the following vote:
