NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE a.s follovs:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be a.nd they a.re hereby
authorized to ~7.ecute a grant deed on behalf or the City
conveying said p:t.•operty to BRUCE HARPER and JURGtlERITE HARPER
upon roceipt or Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.0uL less the
reg'Ular real e5tate broker's comm1s~!t1on payable to the broker submitting the offer.
