RE501UTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE LEASE
The Council of the City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE ae tollowa:
That J. B. BLOIS 1 Ma7or, is hereby authorized to
e~ecut~ that certain lease dated the 26th day or July; 19~3~
by a.nd between the C1 ty o!' Palo Alto, a aun.1o1pal corporation,
and tha United 5tates of America; that said lease 1s for
the period rrom July 26, 194' to June JO, 1944, and further
contains a provision that the &e.m$ shall remain 1n effect from
yee.r to year without ru.rth&r notice and to ·&nd' 1nehu:11ng a
period or six montha after the dawot the termination of
the unl1m1tel1 National Emergency ae d.eclared b1 the Pree1dent
of the United States in Proclamation No. 2~87, dated May 27, 1941.
The above and foregoing reaolut1on vas duly and
regularly introduced and paseed at a regular meeting of the
Couneil of the City or Palo Alto on Monday, the 13th day or
September, 1943, by the following vote:
