Section 2. The City Auditor at the t1llle or JDaking up the payroll or 1mmed1~tely thereatter1 shall transfer the monies deducted therefrom under the provisions ot this resolution to the City Treasurer tor deposit in a a~parate account 1n the Palo Alto Branch of the American Trust Company designated "Income Ta~ Account, held tor the benefit ot the Cammiae1oner of Internal Revenu.ew" The monies aocWDulated from such withholding& shall be paid by the City Treasurer to the United States Collector ot Internal Revenue tor the District in vh1ch this city 1e located. o.n or bet'ore the last da:r ot the month follov.1llg the close or each quarter of the calendar 7ear, or where the withholding 1a more than $100.00 a month~ within ten daya atter the close or each calendar aonth. Section 3.
