RESOLU'l'IOll Au"THORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY TO THE SUTTER PACKING
COMPANY AND EXECUTION OF DEED BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
The Council or th.e City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the property de~ded by the Sutter Packing
Company to the City or Palo Alto on September 7, 1941, and
accepted by resolution of the Council of the City of Palo Alto
adopted on November 10, 1941# ~eing a portion or Lots
5, 6 and 7 1 Block 3 ·' Suzmyside Add! ti.on, be 8old back to the
Sutte1• Packing Company for the l!lum of Three Hundred Seventy Cne
and 25/100 Dollars {$371.25). in accordance v1th the terms of
the agreement between the Sutter Packing Company and the City
of Palo Alto dated September 8, 1941.
Be it further resolved, that the Mayor ar~ City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed con-
veying said property tothe Sutter PackUlg Company.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the Council of the City of
Palo Alto at a regular meeting held on Monday; the 13th day
of J'uly, 1942. by the .following vote:
