ChAmbers ot the C1ty Council cf tB1d o1t7, 1n the City Hall,

day, hour and place vhere and vhen any and all persona having
any obj~ot1ona to the proposed vork or ~rovement, a&J appear
betore said council and show cause vhy aaid propoaed vork should

Section 6. The Dail7 Palo Alto Times, a daily newspaper
published and circulated 1n the City ot Palo Alto, or gen&r&l
circulation, 1s hereby designated aa the newspaper 1n vh1ch
the City Clerr. or the City ot Palo Alto shall cause to be
P~'l.blished 1n the m&nll8r aDd tora required. by law, a copJ or thia
Resolution ot Intention, by caue1ns same to be publ1ahed twice
1n said newspaper prior to the date ot the hearing of objections
to the proposed work and improvement.
Section 7. The Superintendent of Streets ot said o1t7
shall cause to be oonaptcuoualy poeted on one aide or each
street be·tveen each two intersecting atreeta, alcmg the line
ot said contemplated work and improvement, notices of the
passage or this resolution or intention 1n the time, manner
and torm prescribed by law.
The above and foregoing resolution ~aa dul7 and regularly
introduced and paaaed at a regular meeting or the Council ot
the City ot Palo Alto, held on the 13th day ot April, 1942,
by the tollov1ng vote:
