City ot Palo Alto passed its Resolution ot Intention No. 756,
to widen Cowper Street between UniversitJ Avanue and Kasllton
Avenue in the City or Palo Alto; and

menta under the procedure tor the widening ot Covpor Street
between University Avenue and Hamilton Avenue, vb1eh vas instituted
by Resolution ot Intention #756.
The above and foregoing resolution waa duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the Cit7 Council or the City ot Palo
