RESOLVID, by the C1tr Council ot the City or Palo Alto,
Cal1torn1&, that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer ot aaid City baa tiled v1th
the City Clerk hie cer·t1t1cate that the work and iaproveaent

to be oonutruoted by Oakland Sewer Conetruetton Ca.p&nJ under
its contract with the Cit7 ot Palo Alto dated October 14, 1941,
has been completed in aoeordanee v1th the terms ~t aa1d eon-
tract, and 1n accordance v1th the plana and apec1t1eat1one
prepared and approved by this Council therefor, &Dd to hie
sat1ataot1on, aaid work and improvement being more particularly
described and referred to 1n Resolution ot Intention Xo. 13-1
ot said City adopted.September 8, 1941; and
WHIREAS, it appears and it 1a hereby found that aa!d work
and improvement h&a been pertoPmed 1n accordance with aa1d
contract and plane and epeciticatione and to the sat1staot1on or aaid Oity Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, it 1a ordered aa tollovaz
l, That said work and 1~rovement be &Ld the same ia
hereb7 aocepted;
2. That the City Engineer or aa1~ Cit7 be and he 1a hereby
directed to forthwith and vitbin ten daya hereafter file 1n the
office ot the County Recorder or Santa Clara County a notice or
the completion or aaid work aa r~quired by Section 2 or that
certain act or the Legislature known aa "Public Worka Contractors•
