RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH1 CI!Y OP PALO ALTO
APPROVING FIRST 8UPPI..EMEJTAL· MEMORANDUM OP AGREmmlfl' FOR
EXPENDITURE OF l/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOC.ADD FOR S'l'A'l'E HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the State or Cal1torn1a, through ita Depart-
ment or Public Works, Division or Highvaya, has presented a
first supplemental memorandum or agreement in aocordance vith
a project statement submitted by the City tor expenditure or
the l/4 cent gas tax :t'or the 1941-43 biennium allocate<S tor
State highways in the City or Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read ea1d agree-
ment 1r! full and is familiar vtth the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council or
the City or Palo Alto that said asreement for e~penditure or
the 1/4 cent gas tax.allocated fo~ Stat~ highways be and the
same is hereby approved and ths Mayor and the City Cle:.~:·k are
directed to sign the same on behalt of s~id City.
ADOPTED this 9th day of Februarr~ 1942.
