AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEED.
WHEREAS, M. A. Westall, rormer T~ Collector or
the City or Palo Alto, erroneously deeded to the City
ot Palo Alto the within described real property tor
delinquency 1n the payment or certai,n city taxes assessed
tor taxation 1n the year 1921 by the Tax Collector of
the former town ot Mayfield, and
WHEREAS, said deed constitutes a cloud upon the
title or the present owner of said real property, which cloud should be removed;
NOW, THEREPORE, the Counetl ot the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed to OLGA H. JARMAN,
to that certain parcel or real property 1n the City of
Palo Alto described as follows, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 14~ Stanford City Tract,
a.s sa1d lot an.d block are shown and c1~11neated
on a map of Stanford C!ty Tract, on tile 1n
the otf'ice of the County Recorder of Santa
Clara County in Book •M" or Maps, at pages
96 and 9'7.
The above and foregoing resolution vas duly and
regularly 1ntro~uced and passed by the City Council of the
City of Palo Alto at an adjourned regular m~etir~ of said
Council held on the lOth day of December 1 1941, by the :ollowing vote:
