TO EXECUTE DEED 4
'WHE.REAS, M. A. Westall, tormer Ta.:x Collector of the
City or Palo Alto erroneously deeded to the City ot Palo Alto
the within described real property for delinquency 1n the
payment of certain city ta:xes assessed for taxation 1n the
· year 1921 by the Ta.x Collector of the former town or Maytiel~; an~
WHEREAS, said deed constitutes a cloud upon the title
of the preeent owner or said real property, which cloud
ehould be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE, 88 foll~vs:
That the Mlyor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed. to J. R. King and
M. C. King, to that certain parcel or real property in the
City or Palo Alto described as follovs, to vit:
Lot 13, Block 14, Stanford City Tract
as said lot aud block are shovn. and delineated
on a map of Stanford City Tract, on file 1n the
office of the County Recorder or Santa Clara County 1n
Book •M" of Mape, at pages 96 and 97.
The above and foregoing resolution wae duly and
regularly introduced and passed by the City Council or the
City of Palo Alto at an adjourned regular meeting or said
Council held on the lOth day of December, 1941, by the following vote:
