RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF ~OKDS
RESOLvlm, by the City Council ot the City ot Palo Alto, Ce.l1fo:rn1a, that
WHEREAS, s1.;.id Council did on the 26th day or March, 1941,
pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 1322 relating to
certain work to be done &J:.d improvements to be made 1n said
City, unde1• and pursuant to the provisions ot Article V or
o Ordinance No. 844 of said city, adopt~~ January 13, 1941, entitled
"Palo Alto Improvement Procedure Code", and did therein provide
that aerial bonds would be issued thereunder pursuant to the
provisions of Part 4, Bond Plan C of Article IV of said Code,
reference to said resolution ot intention being here·by expressly
made for further particulars;

WHERBA8, on November 12, 1941, the Superintendent or
Streets or said City ot Palo Alto filed with the Clerk of said
City a complete list of all assessments unpaid thereunder upon
the respective assessment and diagram numbers thereon, whereupon
said Clerk gave notice of the f111ng or said list and fixed 1n
said. notice Monday, the 8th day of December, 19111, at the hour of 7:30 O'clock P.M. as the time when interested persons might
appear before tho City Council of said City of Palo Alto, at the
regular meeting place of said Council 1n the City Hall 1n said •
C1.ty, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the ~

security or the unpaid assessments ahovn on 8aid list, all or j
which appears from affidavits on file in the office of said Clerk; ~.
WHEREAS, no prote~ts or Qbjections against the issuance
of said bonds were presented before or at tJle time fi~ed for said
hearing.
NOW 1 'J:HEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND FOUND AND
DETERMINED by said City Council of the City of Palo Alto, as follows:
1. That said list of assessments unpaid tiled by said
Superintendent or StreetB as aforesaid was at the time of filing
thereof 1n all respects complete and correct, and that since the
filing thereof no assessm8nts have been paid and also that the
tmpa1d asnessments in the proceedings duly had and taken under
and P\~auant to said Resolution of Intention No. 1322 are as follows:

numbered and designated upon said diagram and as~essment as so
confirmed and recorded, severally and respectively.

said bonds and all or the coupons thereof respectively. Said
